Abstract

The present revealed that cuttings treated with IBA (1500 ppm) + PHS (1000 ppm) significantly brought about early sprouting, increased the number and length of sprout, number of leaves and roots per cutting, length and diameter of longest root, as well as survival per cent. Application of IBA at 2000 ppm proved better over 1500 and 1000 ppm when used alone.
