The polluted irrigation water affects grain formation and consequently to yield. The variation on growth and yield with different polluted (sugar mill water) and unpolluted (well water) water might be due to environmental factors also. Significant differences in total productivity of wheat grain with restricted vegetative growth was observed. Finally all effects will be directly correlated with ecology and geo-climatic specificity, which exert great influence on the yield of the plant. It was concluded from the present investigation conducted at two locations (Deoria and Azamgarh Distt. of U.P.), that the yield dynamics of the wheat plant went up with the application of pollutant, 20, 40 and 60 kg/ha respectively. Half dose as basal and half dose as foliar on standing wheat crop responded better for yield and its contributing traits.
