"Agro-forestry model with Poplar is undoubtedly more profitable than agriculture only. Poplar is more compatible with agricultural crops. Periphery plantation of Poplar in N-S direction crops. Efforts should be make to improve the survival of plants and reduction in harvestable period through intensive maintenance. It is proved that growing of agricultural crops in association with Poplar trees found more profitable than crops grown alone."
