Metal complexes of the types ML2 X2M'L3X(M= Cu(II), Co(II), Ni(II) and Fe(II) and M'= Fe(III) L= 2-Imino-phenyl-3-phenyl-4-(p-methoxy/ethoxy phenyl-A4-oxazolines and X= Cl-, CHCOO- and NO3- were prepared and characterized with the help of their elemental analysis spectral and magnetic susceptibility studies I.R studies shows that oxygen of oxazoline ring took part in coordination. These complexes were also screened for their antifungal activity against Phoma-exigua, Macrophomina-phaseoli, and Colletotrichumcapsici at 100, 50 and 20ppm. The activity decreases with decreases of concentration.
