Abstract

The field experiment was conducted at CRC Farm Chirrori, SardarVallabhbhai Patel Agriculture University Meerut during rabi2013–14 and 2014–15 to evaluatenutrients availability and yield of wheat under different integrated nutrient management practices in rice-wheat cropping system. Application of 125% NPK 150, 75, 50 kg NPK ha−1 recorded significantly higher value of yield and yield attributes in terms of spikelet's spike−1, spike length (cm), 1000-grain weight (g), harvest index (%), biological, grain yield (qha−1) and strawyield followed by 75% NPK with VC @ 2.5 tha−1+PSB+ Azotobacter. The organic carbon and available NPK in soil after harvestincreasewith the combined application of organic and inorganic with biofertilizer. Integration of 75% NPK with VC @ 2.5 tha−1+PSB + Azotobacter was found better byimproving the residual soil fertility status after the harvest of wheat crop.
