The following temperatures were taken 5°C, 10°C, 15°C, 20°C, 25°C, 30°C, 35°C and 40°C to see the effect of growth, sporulation and chlamydospore formation of Fusarium acuminatum F. solani F.oxysporum and F. equiseti. All four Fusarium sp. were isolated on PDA medium from wilt infected roots of pigeonpea plants. Poor growth of the four species was recorded at 10°C, while a high temperature 35°C supported moderate growth. Good growth of all fourFusarium species was observed between 20°C to 30°C, both growth and sporulation of the present fungi were optimum at 25°C. The highest dry weight was recorded at 25°C in all Fusarium sp. while that no chlamydospore formation was found at this temperature. The final pH was exceeded highest in range of 20°C to 30°C while below 20°C and above 30°C the pH was goes to down in all Fusarium sp.
