Development of Scale to Measure Attitude of Post Graduate Students Towards Information Technology (IT) for Self Empowerment

Advanced education in agriculture is an important pathway and it needs to respond effectively. With the rising demand of agricultural development, State Agricultural Universities (SAUs) of India are doing excellent work by generating sound and skilled human resources for agricultural research, education and extension work. To strengthen and reinforce agricultural research, education and extension, SAUs have started to provide infrastructure facilities and modern information communication technology to their postgraduate students. Keeping this in view it was realized to develop and standardize a scale to compute the attitude of postgraduate students towards the application of Information technology (IT) for their empowerment.
