As a retrospective study, a total of 60 helminth parasites were received from post mortem examination of 42 backyard poultry during the period of January 2016 to December 2019. These helminths were identified following the standard protocols for identification of parasites. Among the helminths, Ascaridia galli (45.00%), Raillietina tetragona (16.66%), Heterakis gallinarum (13.33%), Raillietina echinobothrida (11.66%), Tetrameres spp. (8.33%), Capillaria spp. (3.33%) and Subulura brumpti (1.66%) were recorded. A. galli helminth infection was highly prevalent during the study period.
