Seminal characteristics of 19 pooled seminal plasma of Six Gramapriya hybrid cock were studied. The mean values of analyzed biochemical (macro and trace elements) and enzymatic constituents were found to be calcium 6.78±0.26 mg/dl, inorganic phosphorous 3.22±0.29 mg/dl, magnesium 5.93±0.18 mg/dl, total protein 0.82±0.034 g/dl, zinc 1.13±0.08 ppm, manganese 0.85±0.01 ppm, copper 0.042±0.002 ppm, iron 1.47±0.13 ppm, aspartate aminotransferase (AST) activity 96.72±4.16 IU/L and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) activity 44.46±7.95 IU/L. The correlation of coefficient study of biochemical attributes was found non-significantly correlated except for calcium, manganese, inorganic phosphorus and iron. The basic information drawn out in the present study about the seminal constituents of dual purpose Gramapriya hybrid cocks semen may serve as tutor for future studies and processing in the artificial insemination.
