An experiment was conducted to evaluate the effect of feeding apple pomace containing-diet on performance and carcass characteristics of broiler chicken raised on deep litter under standard managemental conditions. The birds were of fered the diet in which 7.5% of maize was replaced by apple pomace from 2nd to 6th week. The results indicated insignificant differences in performance traits viz body weight gain, feed consumption, FCR and survivability as well as the carcass characteristics viz dressing percentage, giblet weight, cut-up parts and evisceration losses.
