Abstract

Serological screening of Infectious Bursal Disease (IBD), Inclusion Body Hepatitis (IBH) and Newcastle Disease (ND) was conducted in Konkan region of Maharastra during the year 1997–98. The overall prevalence of IBD, IBH and ND were recorded as 59.19%, 12.07% and 91.31% respectively. The maximum seroprevalence of IBD was recorded in rainy (63.61%), IBH (12.79%) in winter and ND was recorded its maximum (91.70%) in rainy season during the period of study.
