Abstract

Cell mediate immune responses to EDS-76 virus in experimentally infected chicken was studied using rapid colorimetric assay method and showed that the 84 KDA polypeptide sensitized chicken spleen cells stimulated actively in more numbers compared to other polypeptide sensitized chicken spleen cells.
