First and third authors of this article learnt wavelet methods from Prof. Helmut Neunzert who recieved CICIAM Pioneer prize for his pioneering work in industrial mathematics in 1999 at Edinburg jointly with Prof. Ronald R. Coifman. The authors have published research papers and books related to wavelet theory and applications [7], [12]-[27]. In this paper we present our research work on vector-valued nonuniform wavelets and wavelet packets.
