Abstract

Growth promoter like calcium-phosphorus and testosterone was injected separately to Black Bengal Kid. To know the physiological state tissue LDH and PGI activities were studied at the age of six and half month. Both the treated group showed significantly (P<0.05) increase LDH activity in longissimus dorsi muscle and cerebellum of the brain. No significant difference of PGI activity observed among the group in different tissues.
