Data on 354 LWY pigs from All India Co-ordinated Research Project centres during 1974 to 1980 were analysed by least squares technique. The least squares means for LWT, CWT, CLH and AGS were 77.07 ± 0.10 kg., 55.79 ± 0.89 kg., 74.39 ± 0.42 cm and 274.82 ± 4.84 days, respectively. The effect of year of farrowing and partial regression of carcass traits on AGS were found to be highly significant. Centre and season of farrowing had non significant effect, but better performance was observed at Tirupati Centre and in winter season.
