An attempt was made to record the circulatory profiles of macrominerals viz. calcium, Inorganic phosphorus and magnesium in cyclic and anoestrus heifers of local cattle in Lower Brahmaputra Valley of Assam. The concentrations of macrominerals were highest (P<0.01) in Nalbari Sub-division and lowest in Dhubri sub-division. When comparison was made among groups, levels of these macrominerals were significantly (P<0.01) higher in cyclic heifers than anoestrus heifers.
