The aim of our paper is to design a system which can counter-attack on the excessive heat generated inside the electrical panel. In electrical systems, a part of electrical energy converts into heat due to resistance of different parts of the electrical system. And this condition becomes critically severe in summers, when the ambient air temperature rises above 45°C. The temperature inside the panel goes 10–20°C more than the ambient air temperature and this can lead to hazardous situation. Panel refrigeration system is easy to set up and provide the necessary safety in our electrical systems which are always prone to excessive heat dissipation. Panel refrigeration system was based upon the vapour compression refrigeration system and we used R-134a as a refrigerant. This system would be able to maintain the perfect or sufficient temperature i.e. 27°C and also consume less energy so that whole system could work efficiently and safely.
