In this article, a positive periodic mathematical epidemic model of cancer cure by X-ray therapy is studied and analysed. The mathematical model is formulated by introducing a new quasi-infected cell class a2(t) in the existing model of healthy and cancer cells. The mathematical analysis of this proposed mathematical model is studied by stability theory. The local, as well as a global asymptotical stable of the proposed mathematical model, is investigated by stability analysis. The numerical analysis is carried out by the use of the Runge–Kutta (RK) method of fourth order. The numerical simulation is also performed.
