Abstract

The paper deals with analysis of a queuing system with provision of service by one or more out of three servers depending upon the feedback. After getting service from the first server, customer may go to one of the two other server if not satisfied or may be sent to their as a requirement of completing the service successfully. After getting the service from the second server, there is possibility of going the customer to the third server and vice-versa. The customer after getting service from any of the servers may go again to the server who had attended him/her earlier also but not more than once. The input and output probabilities for going to any server second time have been taken different than that taken for the first time.
